Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 20, 2026
AI for Service Trades ("AI for Service Trades," "we," "us" or "our") provides AI consulting and implementation services to service-trade businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information when you visit www.aiforservicetrades.com (the "Site"), book a call with us, communicate with us, or receive text messages from us.
Information we handle on behalf of our clients during a paid engagement (for example, a client's call recordings or customer records) is covered by Section 6 and by our written agreement with that client.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Booking information. When you schedule a call through our scheduling provider (Calendly), we receive your name, email address, phone number if provided, company name, and any answers you give to booking questions (such as your trade, revenue range or software).
- Communications. Information you include in emails, calls, video meetings or text messages with us.
- Business information. Details about your company, workflows and software that you choose to share with us when evaluating our services.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data. IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and the date and time of your visit.
- Cookies and similar technologies. We and our analytics and scheduling providers may use cookies, pixels and similar tools to operate the Site, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the Site. See Section 5.
2. How we use information
- Schedule, prepare for and hold calls and meetings with you.
- Respond to your questions and communicate with you about our services.
- Prepare proposals, audits and agreements you request.
- Send you text messages you have agreed to receive (see Section 7).
- Operate, secure, maintain and improve the Site.
- Understand which pages and links are useful, including which links lead to booked calls.
- Comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.
3. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as follows:
- Service providers that help us run our business, such as scheduling, email, video meeting, website hosting, analytics and payment providers. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Professional advisors such as attorneys and accountants, under duties of confidentiality.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our clients or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
- Advertising and analytics partners, such as Meta and Google, to measure and improve our advertising, as described in Section 5.
4. Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy, including to meet legal, accounting and reporting requirements, and then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Site to work, analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) that help us understand how visitors use the Site, and advertising technologies (such as the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API, and Google Ads conversion tracking) that help us measure whether our ads lead to booked calls and show our ads to people who may be interested in our services. These partners may collect information such as your IP address, device and browser information, pages viewed, and actions taken on the Site (for example, booking a call), and may combine it with information they have about you under their own privacy policies.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat sharing data with advertising partners for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing." You can opt out of this use at any time by emailing justin@aiforservicetrades.com with the subject "Ad opt-out," and we honor recognized browser opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by law. You can also limit ad personalization through your Meta and Google account settings, block or delete cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
6. Client data in our engagements
When a business hires us, we may access or process information the client controls, such as call recordings and transcripts, customer contact details, job and invoice records, and data inside the client's CRM, field service management, phone and accounting systems ("Client Data").
- We process Client Data only on the client's behalf and according to our written agreement and the client's instructions. The client remains responsible for its own notices to, and consents from, its customers, including any required call-recording disclosures.
- We do not sell Client Data or use it to market to a client's customers for ourselves.
- Some services use third-party AI and software providers (for example, AI model, voice, messaging and automation platforms). We choose providers that offer business-grade security terms, and where a provider gives the option, we configure it so Client Data is not used to train that provider's public models.
- Access to Client Data is limited to people who need it to perform the work.
- At the end of an engagement, we return or delete Client Data as provided in the client agreement.
- If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business directly about your information. We will assist our clients in responding to your request.
7. Text messaging (SMS)
If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts from us, we may send messages about scheduled calls, follow-ups and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also contact us at justin@aiforservicetrades.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of sharing described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
8. Your choices and rights
- Email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email or by contacting us.
- Texts. Reply STOP to any message.
- Access, correction and deletion. You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing justin@aiforservicetrades.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by applicable law. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and you may appeal a decision we make about your request by replying to our response.
- We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
9. Children
The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party sites and tools
The Site links to third-party services, including our scheduling tool. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we are not responsible for them.
